On September 19, 2025, the City of Ottawa received a Zoning By-law Amendment application for 5872, 5880, 5884 Hazeldean Road, and 7 Savage Drive. The site is located along the south side of Hazeldean Road, between Savage Drive and Sweetnam Drive.
The applicant is proposing to develop a 19-storey tower, 25-storey tower, and 4-storey low-rise apartment on the site with a total of 456 residential units and 438 square metres of commercial space at grade.
