(le français suit)

The City of Ottawa has received a site plan control application to build six back-to-back townhouses in the Fernbank Crossing subdivision. The property is located at 360 Haliburton Heights between Robert Grant Avenue and Shinny Avenue. Each block of townhouses will contain between 6 and 12 units, for a total of 58 residential units. Each unit would have an individual garage and driveway.

The site plan shows four accesses to the development: two from Shinny Avenue, one from Haliburton Heights and one from Cope Drive. Six dead-end private streets are proposed, along with a loop road connecting the two accesses from Shinny Avenue. Ten parallel visitor parking spaces would be located along the east side of this loop road, as well as two waste enclosures to serve the development.

Technical documents presented in support of this application, including a Traffic Impact Assessment, are available through the City’s Development Application Search Tool (DevApp). A map of the Site Plan is available here: 360 Haliburton Heights Site Plan
