<p>The City of Ottawa has received a Site Plan Control application for the property at 723 Putney Crescent to permit the construction of a Planned Unit Development of 10 blocks containing a total of 112 back-to-back townhomes.</p>
<p>The subject site, located in Phase 1 of CRT Developments’s Westwood subdivision, is approximately 1.86 hectares in area and is currently undeveloped. It is zoned R4Z—which permits back-to-townhouses, low-rise apartments or stacked homes.</p>
<p>The site will be accessed from five entrances along Putney Crescent. Each townhouse has a private garage and driveway, and, in addition, 24 visitor spaces are provided. Landscaping is proposed along the street frontages and in various areas throughout the site.</p>

<p><strong>Demande de réglementation du plan d&#8217;implantation: 723, croissant Putney</strong></p>
<p>La Ville d&#8217;Ottawa a reçu une demande de réglementation du plan d&#8217;implantation pour la propriété située au 723, croissant Putney afin de permettre la construction d&#8217;un complexe immobilier de 10 îlots comprenant un total de 12 maisons en rangée dos-à-dos.</p>
<p>L’emplacement en question, dans la phase 1 du lotissement Westwood de CRT Developments Inc., a une superficie d&#8217;environ 1,86 hectare et n&#8217;est pas encore aménagé. Le zonage de la propriété est R4Z, ce qui permet de construire des maisons jumelées, des immeubles d’appartements de faible hauteur ou des unités d’habitation superposées.</p>
<p>Le site sera accessible par cinq entrées le long du croissant Putney. Chaque maison en rangée dispose d&#8217;un garage et d&#8217;une entrée de cour privés et, en outre, 24 places sont prévues pour les visiteurs. Un aménagement paysager est proposé le long des façades des rues et à différents endroits du site.</p>
