The City of Ottawa has received a Zoning By-law Amendment application for 6015, 6021 and 6041 Fernbank Road. The site is located on southwest portion of the Fernbank Community, with frontage along Fernbank Road and Cope Drive. The applicant is proposing a Zoning By-law Amendment to remove Urban Exception 2238 to permit townhouse dwellings as an additional permitted use. The proposed townhouse units are to be centrally located within the subdivision.
