The application for a zoning bylaw amendment at 560 Hazeldean Road will be considered for approval by the City of Ottawa’s Planning & Housing Committee on Wednesday, October 7, 2026.
The proposal is to rezone the site, which is currently used as a golf practice facility, to allow the development of 98 homes (50 single detached homes and 48 townhomes). An Arterial Mainstreet Zone is proposed to apply to the northern portion of the site along Hazeldean, for which a future Site Plan Control application will be submitted to construct a residential/mixed-use development block.
