Ploughshare Road in the Mapleton neighbourhood will be closed from Roger Griffiths Avenue to Hampshire Place from Thursday, 13 August 2026 to Thursday, 27 August 2026.
The contractor, Robert Excavating will be connecting to existing watermain, sanitary and storm lines as part of the construction of new homes on the north side of Ploughshare Road.
Affected residents will receive written notification prior to work, along with anticipated impacts. Access to from both ends of Ploughshare will be restricted to local residents only. During the closures, residents of some affected properties may be required to park their vehicles outside of the active work zone. Pedestrian access to properties will be maintained at all times.

AVIS DE CONSTRUCTION : chemin Ploughshare
Le chemin Ploughshare sera fermé entre l’avenue Roger-Griffiths et la place Hampshire du jeudi 13 août 2026 au jeudi 27 août 2026.
L’entrepreneur, Robert Excavating, procédera au raccordement aux conduites existantes d’aqueduc ainsi qu’aux égouts sanitaires et pluviaux dans le cadre de la construction de nouvelles habitations du côté nord du chemin Ploughshare.
Les résidents concernés recevront un avis écrit avant le début des travaux, ainsi que des renseignements sur les répercussions prévues. L’accès au chemin Ploughshare par ses deux extrémités sera réservé aux résidents locaux seulement. Pendant les fermetures, les résidents de certaines propriétés touchées pourraient devoir stationner leur véhicule à l’extérieur de la zone de travaux active. L’accès piétonnier aux propriétés sera maintenu en tout temps.
